Pathways to Transformation
Focused on reentry and workforce development, this program supports formerly incarcerated individuals and people with disabilities as they transition back into society. It offers job coaching, computer and financial literacy training, resume building, mock interviews, and partnerships with local employers for job placement.
The Pathways to Transformation Program is a powerful initiative of Positive Movements Inc. dedicated to helping formerly incarcerated individuals and people with disabilities rebuild their lives and successfully reintegrate into society. We believe that every person—regardless of their past or limitations—deserves a fair opportunity to succeed, contribute to their community, and live with dignity.
Reentry into society after incarceration or while managing a disability can be overwhelming. Many face barriers such as limited job opportunities, social stigma, inadequate transportation, and lack of access to supportive resources. The Pathways to Transformation Program addresses these challenges head-on by providing comprehensive support that combines workforce training, personal development, and community connection.
Our mission is to transform lives through empowerment, education, and opportunity. We help participants gain the skills, confidence, and resources they need to become productive, independent, and positive members of their communities.
Our Vision
The Pathways to Transformation Program envisions a community where second chances are real—where individuals are supported, not stigmatized, and where transformation is achievable through compassion and guidance. By investing in reentry success, we not only change individual lives but also strengthen families, reduce recidivism, and build safer, more resilient neighborhoods.
